The Investment

Senior photos are meant to take place the summer before your senior year or the fall/winter during your senior year. For example, if you are wrapping up your junior year and you would like a summer session, you would book your summer session with me in February or after the semester ends. I do have clients wait to book with me until they graduate to get their photos done as well. Those clients tend to be the ones who do not plan on using those photos for graduation parties so they are in no rush. If you do plan on using your photos for a grad party or a certain occasion, you would want to keep this in mind when booking your session and consider booking before your senior year (I do also have expedited editing ad ons if needed so I wouldn’t stress if you missed your window).

I would book your session at least one month in advance at the latest. I suggest 1 to 2 months in advance, but as long as you reach out to book your session one month before the date you are eyeing, typically, you will be okay. Just know, it is never too early to get your session date booked and to start planning the details.

The gold package tends to be my most popular package amongst my clientele. It offers up to 3 outfits and offers more location variety. I have been told that this package offers the perfect amount of photos and photo options as well.

Yes, I am completely fine with parents taking photos (using their phone) of their child getting their pictures taken. I just ask that they try to make it behind the scenes photos and not just a photo of you how I posed you (so I would be in the image as I am taking your photos). I love behind the scenes photos so feel free to send those to me so I can share them on my social media accounts!

Of course! A friend or A loved one is welcome to tag along on the shoot! I typically recommend it to make you feel a little more at ease. If you are unable to bring someone, my assistant will have a bag to hold things for you as we are shooting. I do ask that you only bring along one other person as it can be distracting for the client and cause some difficulty in making sure things are running on time. Some locations also do ask that we do not bring more than 1 extra guest along.

If your session is showing a possibility of bad weather, I will reach out at least 3 days before your session to give a warning that your session is at risk for reschedule and then I will reach out to you the day before you session to talk over your options. I prefer to wait until the morning of to decide if we need to reschedule as the weather is constantly changing, but if you have hair/makeup appointments booked, I allow a reschedule a day in advance.

Unfortunately, I do not offer splitting sessions. For example, if you are wanting photos during one season, as well as another. You would be booking 2 separate sessions.

Yes, I understand that having 2 seniors at once can be a bit stressful on your wallets. Do not worry, I have packages for you to take away some of that stress. Reach out to me personally about the details on these sessions.

Depending on your request, I do travel! For example, if you are graduating from Purdue University in Lafayette you can have a session there on campus! If you are requesting a shoot that requires travel, it would be the largest package for that session type + a travel fee ($1 per mileage driven after an hour + other fees may apply). I would provide you the details once we talk over your request!

Mini session packages, backdrop sessions, headshots, & family sessions do not qualify.
